"DONT CHANGE A THING!!! i have been to other harley dealerships and they are nothing compared to you guys. you are so much more then a business. i've only been to your dealership a couple times, the thing is... i already feel like a family member. service department is very friendly and willing to help, parts counter is no different. there is a no pressure sales floor. every other place i've been to has tried very hard to sell me a bike. its a complete turn off for me when i have to, more then once, tell a sales person that im not buying a bike today. sometimes i just like to walk arround the show floor and daydream. when i DO buy my next bike, it WILL be from you guys. i wont go anywhere else, i've found a home. i'm going to end this the same way i started it... DONT CHANGE A THING!!!"

"After not owning a bike for 15 years I decided it was time to get what I wanted. The first 2 dealers I went to in Monmouth County were not interested in making a deal as they must get lots of people with money burning a hole in their pocket. The one dealer in Ocean County had a bell to ring and a spinning wheel of prizes to win when they made a sale. The first thing that came to mind was Carnies and Rubes then witnessing an angry customer screaming at the top of his lungs made me leave.
When I went to Salem HD and I Met Guy the owner and it was a done deal from that point on. No pressure no haggle just a great price and great service. Found a bike on EBay today and for the identical bike (down to the color and pin striping) with 8K miles on it. The seller was asking $600 more than I paid for mine new. 90 miles from my house but worth every minute of the ride.
